Airport Crush is being built. Today this site does one thing: it collects a few details so we can tell you when the app opens, and decide which airport to open at first.

What the waitlist collects

• Your email address — to email you once, when the app opens.
• Your home airport — to decide where we launch first.
• Your Instagram handle — the text of it only. We do not connect to your account, read your posts or followers, or post anything. When the app opens you will be asked to connect Instagram properly to verify yourself; until then this is just a name on a list.

We do not sell this, share it, or send you anything else. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your record at any time by writing to the address below.

What the app will collect

When the app launches this policy will be replaced with a fuller one. The app is designed to collect as little as it can, and to keep it briefly:

• Location — only to confirm you are inside an airport. We show your terminal. We never show your gate, and never anyone's position inside a terminal.
• Boarding pass — we read the barcode for flight, route, date and terminal, and discard the rest.
• Instagram — handle, photo and follower list, to verify you are a real person. We never post or message on your behalf.
• Contacts — optional. Compared as scrambled values computed on your device; we never hold your address book, and only the count of people you both know is ever shown.
• Your profile and photos — what you choose to put on it.
• Religion and politics — optional, off by default, and shown only if you choose to add them.

Profiles leave the board and conversations close when your flight departs.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK or EU you have these rights under the GDPR; in California, under the CCPA. Write to us and we will act on it.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses no cookies of its own. If you arrived from an advertisement, Meta may set its own identifiers — you can control that in your Meta account's ad settings.
